Commissioner – Information and Appeal Decisions
The commissioner is appointed to allow institutions to appeal certain decisions of the registrar.
Trustee – Adjudication of Student Claims
The Trustee adjudicates student tuition refund claims to determine whether a refund should be issued and if so, the amount. Audited financial statements for the Student Tuition Protection Fund are posted in this section of the website.
