Student Complaint Trustee Decisions
A student may file a claim against an institution if they believe they were misled regarding a significant aspect of the approved program in which they were enrolled. Information about filing a claim may be found here.
The Trustee adjudicates student tuition refund claims to determine whether a refund should be issued and if so, the amount. The Trustee provides written reasons to the student and the institution.
Since September 1, 2023, the Trustee has adjudicated 13 claims filed by students enrolled in approved programs who believed they were misled by a certified institution. View Trustee decisions below for all claims.
