The Private Training Act (PTA) Policy Manual is designed to help private training institutions understand and comply with the Act and its supporting regulations – the Private Training Regulation and Fees and Student Tuition Protection Fund Regulation. The Manual also provides students and the public with information on the regulatory requirements for private training in B.C.
