Student Complaint Trustee Decisions
A student may file a claim against an institution if they believe they were misled regarding a significant aspect of the approved program in which they were enrolled. Information about filing a claim may be found here.
The Trustee adjudicates student tuition refund claims to determine whether a refund should be issued and if so, the amount. The Trustee provides written reasons to the student and the institution.
